1. You need to make sure nail down your idea
Don’t just think that it’s just about writing it down NO, it is about you thinking and saying that at this point you need to go back and say where am I missing it?
Am I looking at it in the wrong direction?
How can I create an idea that actually solves a problem?
And again, you have to look at it, is there money in the market I want to solve?
If there is no money, you are going to struggle.
Again business is not about your passion, or what you are interested in.
Business at the end of the day is about solving a problem and making money.
You need to understand that you need to make money.
The market you want to solve their problems, is there money, is there a lot of people in that marketplace?
You need to also understand who are the players, who are the competitors in that space, is there a problem they are not solving. By doing so, you can say while they are focusing on this area, you can decide to focus on another area they are not focusing on.
2. You need to build the right and hungry team
If your team members are not ready for success, it would be a problem. So you need to make sure you look for hungry team members.
Team members that want to also achieve something, they want to move forward, they want to make money, they want to double their sales, they want to increase their income. Those are the guys you need on your team. Qualified and hungry.
Again, if you are a solo entrepreneur, once you start growing, please you need to get people on your team, very important.
3. You need to Brand, Sell and Advertise Aggressively
Don’t be shy to advertise your business. There are some founders and business owners who don’t want to be in the limelight, they don’t want to be the face of their brand which is okay. You don’t necessarily need to be the face of your brand.
But you will need to hire a C.E.O. that can make it work. A C.E.O. that is going to push, sell and advertise the brand.
But if you are the person that is brave enough to be the face of the brand, you will have to sell aggressively. People need to know what you are doing. You need to market it every single day, and sponsor ADS.
Once you do all this, you will see money and income coming your way.

4. You need to build a B2B relationship
You will need to find out who are the similar players or your suppliers or the people you can easily leverage on.
That is what is called the traditional “Trade by Batter”. What do you have that you can give to someone else? You can’t pay for everything.
Those are the four tips you need when you are building a business. If you do these four tips, your business will never remain the same.
