A lot of people are going through fear. Fear would not allow you to achieve your goals. It will not allow you to dominate in life. Typically, we have three types of fear. Fear of failure, fear of success and the fear of fear itself. Below are the most five effective ways to combat fear.
1. You need to listen and change your inner voice.
What is your inner voice telling you, is it telling you you are not good enough.
Is your inner voice always discouraging you, telling you things around fear? Once it is not telling you things that will make you have confidence, to have self-esteem. You need to monitor and start changing it.
Anytime your inner voice tells you, you can’t do it, you need to prove to it that you can do it. Don’t allow fear to dominate your life, take hold of your inner voice.
2. You need to separate reality from perception.
You need to be able to separate what is real and what is perception.

3. You need to locate where fear resides in your body.
Some persons fear resides in their head, on their back etc. you need to be able to locate where fear is physically located in your body. You need to find a strategy on how you can walk around that space in your body
